Pay Your Membership Fee

You will first be directed to PayPal to pay your £30, one-off Membership Fee found at the bottom of this page. This payment covers the cost to build your own unique TaxiClub Quote Engine and Content Management System which will allow you to make any changes to your taxis and prices you want on TaxiClub. If you have your own website, you might like to have the Quote Engine uniquely installed into your website. Read on and we will reimburse your Membership Fee!

2 Minute Paperwork

Once you have made your payment, you will be sent by PayPal to our Membership Page to get some company information from you. This is a simple process & should take you no longer than a couple of minutes. You will be able to use our online taxi quote software immediately. We do require a graphical copy of your Operators License within 3 weeks of joining so that we can validate your taxi or private hire company. You can upload this from your user menu after registration.

Your User Name & Password

After you have confirmed your registration, your details will be saved into the TaxiClub online system at which time you will be allocated a user id and a password.

You will then be able to login to Taxiclub by selecting the Operators page and login using the "Members Login" area.

The system creates a complete default set of vehicles, mileage rates, time and date charges and various other settings to help you get started.
